Position: Project Crew Member (On-Call)

*1 year experience required *

Location: Wilmington, NC + Surrounding Areas

Pay: 1099 Contractor – $20/hour + commission & tips

Schedule: On-call, project-based (weekday and some weekend availability preferred)

🔨 What You’ll Do:

Assist with landscaping jobs including planting, mulching, sod laying, and general yard work

Help install raised beds, garden features, and decorative elements

Use hand tools, string trimmers, and other basic landscaping equipment

Follow instructions from project leads and contribute to smooth team operations

Keep job sites clean and organized throughout the project
