Location: Wilmington, NC

Job Type: Part Time (average 15-20 hrs/week) *possibility for more hours depending on work load*

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated, skilled, and reliable Landscaping Foreman to lead and supervise our landscaping crew. As a key player in our operations, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. You’ll work hands-on with the team while providing guidance, training, and oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and supervise landscaping crews on residential and commercial projects

✅ Oversee daily work, including planting, mulching, trimming, lawn care, hardscaping, and more

✅ Ensure safety protocols and best practices are followed

✅ Communicate effectively with clients, crew members, and management

✅ Operate and maintain landscaping equipment

✅ Train new crew members and foster a positive team environment

✅ Track project progress and report to management

Qualifications:

🔸 Experience as a landscaping foreman or crew leader

🔸 Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and safety practices

🔸 Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and specifications

🔸 Excellent communication and leadership skills

🔸 Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL a plus)

🔸 Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions

🔸 Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
