Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Part-Time Field Technician for a trial period. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and is interested in growing with a small but expanding company.

This position will start with limited, set hours. Additional days and hours may be added based on performance, reliability, and mutual interest.

Schedule (Trial Period)

• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing)
• Yard clean-ups and debris removal
• Light landscaping and property maintenance
• Operating and maintaining equipment safely
• Loading, unloading, and hauling materials
• Working efficiently as part of a small crew
• Representing SeaFoam Co. professionally on customer properties

Required Skills & Equipment Experience

Applicants must be able to safely operate the following tools:

• Zero-turn mower
• Push mower
• Edger
• String trimmer
• Hedge trimmer
• Pole saw
• Chainsaw
• Sawzall
• Other common lawn and property maintenance tools

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs at one time
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, humidity, and varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods

• Clean driving record
• Clean criminal background
• Clean drug screen
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Good attitude and teachable spirit (this is a must)

Pay

$16/hr during trial period. After trial period (30-60 days), pay plan is based on performance with a base pay of $16/hr with the potential for high performers to earn $24+/hr.
