Welcome to Flip Your Junk, a program by SeaFoam-Greens designed to help customers trade unwanted items for cash, store credit, or discounted junk removal services. By participating in this program, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Program Overview

Flip Your Junk allows customers to submit unwanted items for evaluation. If the item qualifies, SeaFoam-Greens may offer:

• Cash Payment (for high-value items)

• Store Credit (applied to future junk removal services)

• Discounts on Junk Removal (if the item does not qualify for cash but holds some value)

SeaFoam-Greens reserves the right to accept, decline, or modify offers at its discretion based on item condition, marketability, and operational costs.

2. Eligibility & Item Acceptance

To qualify for the Flip Your Junk program, items must meet the following criteria:

✅ Acceptable Items:

• Gently used furniture (desks, dressers, chairs, tables, etc.)

• Functional or repairable appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, microwaves)

• Scrap metal & salvageable materials (copper, aluminum, steel, reclaimed wood)

• Electronics (gaming consoles, tools, vintage speakers, etc.)

• Unique or vintage pieces (antiques, collectible items, repurposable decor)

❌ Items NOT Accepted:

• Broken, heavily damaged, or unsanitary furniture

• Appliances that are non-functional and beyond repair

• Items infested with pests, mold, or hazardous materials

• Mattresses and box springs

• CRT televisions or outdated electronics with no resale value

• Hazardous waste, chemicals, or biohazardous materials

SeaFoam-Greens reserves the right to inspect and reject items at pickup if they do not meet the agreed-upon standards.

3. Submission & Offer Process

1️⃣ Submit Photos – Customers must send clear images of the item(s) via text, email, or an online form.

2️⃣ Evaluation – SeaFoam-Greens will assess the item’s resale, recycling, or repurposing potential.

3️⃣ Offer Issued – If approved, we will provide an offer within 48 hours (cash, store credit, or a service discount).

4️⃣ Acceptance & Pickup – Customers must confirm acceptance and schedule a pickup within 7 days.

Offers are non-negotiable and expire after 7 days if no pickup is scheduled.

4. Payment & Redemption

• Cash Payments: If eligible for cash, payments will be issued via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or check within 5 business days after pickup.

• Store Credit: Credits may be used toward junk removal, yard cleanups, or future services and must be redeemed within 6 months of issuance.

• Discounted Junk Removal: If an item is not eligible for cash, but we determine it has minor value, we may offer a discount on a full-service junk removal job.

5. Pickup & Drop-Off Policy

• SeaFoam-Greens offers free pickup within Wilmington and surrounding service areas.

• Customers may also drop off items at our designated location (by appointment only).

• If an item is heavier than 50 lbs., the customer may be required to assist with loading.

If the item is damaged, differs significantly from the submitted photos, or does not meet program criteria, SeaFoam-Greens reserves the right to decline pickup on-site.

6. Liability & Risk Acknowledgment

• SeaFoam-Greens is not responsible for any loss or damage to items once they have been collected.

• Once an item is accepted into the program, all sales are final—customers cannot request its return.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring items are accessible and ready for pickup at the scheduled time.

7. Modifications & Termination

SeaFoam-Greens reserves the right to:

• Modify, pause, or terminate the Flip Your Junk program at any time.

• Change the accepted item list, payout structure, or redemption terms.

• Decline participation from any customer who attempts to abuse the program.
